日本の広告費7兆円を取り合う話ではなく、販売促進費13兆円、教育費20兆円、医療費30兆円、国家行政コスト200兆円をどうデジタルに流し込むかの設計となります。ちなみに総務省によれば、公益分野のICT利用率は教育33%、医療・福祉38%、行政47%。これは商取引の68%、交通・物流の62%などに比べると低い。2015年には公益分野のICT利用率を60%程度にまで高めたいところです。
